Feel Good Café
About This Spot
Stepping into Feel Good Café, you’re welcomed by a gentle hum of conversation and the inviting scent of fresh coffee. Nestled in a friendly corner of Heritage Hill, this café strikes a comforting balance between the casual buzz of a neighborhood spot and a peaceful retreat from the day's pace. It’s the kind of place where familiar faces become part of the backdrop, and moments of quiet connection can easily unfold over a thoughtfully prepared meal or cup.
The atmosphere here moves at its own unhurried rhythm—warm smiles from the baristas, spontaneous exchanges between regulars, and little touches like a gratitude board that invite reflection alongside refreshment. It feels less like just grabbing a coffee and more like sharing a small act of daily joy, whether you’re popping in to recharge or linger a little while.
The menu mirrors this inviting spirit, offering satisfying bites that blend comfort and care. Imagine a sandwich where each ingredient feels deliberately chosen—the hearty texture of whole-grain bread wrapping around fresh chicken or turkey paired with crisp greens, or their signature breakfast muffins that layer baked egg with bacon and cheese in a way that feels both familiar and delightfully unexpected. And pairing any of these fare with a smooth vanilla or caramel macchiato enhances that sense of contentment that comes with well-made coffee. Guests often find themselves returning for those subtle, homey flavors that effortlessly brighten their day.
There’s an understated authenticity in the way everything comes together at Feel Good Café. The staff’s easy friendliness, the thoughtfulness evident in every detail, and a place that feels at once locally rooted and naturally welcoming make it a small but meaningful discovery for anyone seeking a genuine moment of pause amid the city’s flow.

Sammy and the team at Feel Good Café are the best! We’re so lucky to have this spot right here in Heritage Hill. Our staff and patients look forward to their coffee and snacks every single day — it’s become part of our routine. The quality is always excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It really makes a difference having a local café that keeps everyone happy, energized, and satisfied. Highly recommended!

I almost hate to give this café a great review, because the delicious sandwich muffins might be gone by the time I get there. Interned in the muffin is a baked egg, encompassed in a blanket of green onions, bacon, cheese and muffin. I make sure to stop by, whenever I'm on that side of the city. I buy them to share with coworkers, family and the breakfast muffins freeze well. The owner is nice and makes a variety of fresh muffins daily. Tried a carrot nut muffin with nuts and brown sugar, topped with an almond. The top texture was like a coffee cake. There wasn't any nuts in the middle, but I'd go just for the muffin tops if they sold them. I haven't tried the beverages, because I spend all my money on the baked goods.

Parking spaces were free and few spaces left. The cafe is accessible from the main building. Kind and attentive staff. Great care in preparing the food. I loved the ‘gratitude board’ with inspiring messages. Great food and staff. Mango smoothie and ham and Swiss multigrain sandwich.

I was craving a quick but yummy sandwich, and found this cafe and it did not disappoint. Flavourful sandwich that was nicely toasted and with a pleasant surprise of a pickle and chips on the side. The price is affordable for a good lunch and I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing super tasty sandwiches with terrific whole grain breads and fresh chicken! Salads, soups and fresh bake! Excellent service and average to low prices. 6-8$ price range for a sandwich. Feel Good Cafe brand coffee beans from their own roaster served and available by the bag! I will be back! I do feel good after having some of their fare... :) Coffee is not fair trade but is organic. They offer you a Psalm on your coffee cup for your day! Mine seemed to bring me cheer! FYI they give you a bag for your takeout without you having to ask!Would like to see more vegetarian sandwiches ( like with soy products) on the menu.

Great spot for all your favorite breakfast, lunch, hot and cold beverages. Many choices of excellent quality homemade items to choose from. A hidden gem of old school for all ages. Enjoyed a terrific club house and mushroom soup. Tried a great muffin as well. Good value for the dollar.

What an amazing little Cafe. Great food, coffees, and service. The Thai soup is simply outstanding. It isn’t fancy but it is special!
